Do you ever feel like it's all one big balancing act that you just can't get right?
→ Between meetings, deadlines, school runs, and bedtime routines, it can feel like there’s never a moment when you’re not trying to keep everything from toppling over.
→ You question if you’re giving enough to your career or your family, leading to a nagging sense that you’re falling short no matter where you focus your energy.
→ With so many demands on your time, it’s easy to feel like there’s never enough hours in the day to truly excel at work and still be the present, engaged parent you want to be.
You have so much to be grateful for - healthy kids, good job, nice home - but instead of enjoying what you have, you feel tired, stressed, and overwhelmed from
trying to keep up with it all.
Some days it feels like you’re caught in a whirlwind of responsibilities that never slows down
Maybe you’ve even caught yourself thinking:
“If I were a better mother and a better professional, I’d be able to manage it all effortlessly and feel like I’m truly succeeding in every area of my life”
But I can tell you, striving to be a perfect mother and a flawless professional is not only unrealistic, it’s exhausting and impossible to achieve!
How do I know? Because I’ve been there! Because I tried to have it all, be it all and do it all!
Until the night I was slumped against the fridge at 2am with tears pouring down my face as I held my (still) screaming baby and I realised something had to change.
I thought every other working mom had figured out some secret and I was doing something wrong.
But it turns out, I wasn’t the only one who was struggling.
Now, when I look around, I see working moms who are valiantly navigating a world of work that doesn’t understand them and where they don’t fit the “ideal worker” mould.
They’re grappling with outdated expectations, juggling demanding jobs with the needs of their families, and often feeling caught between roles that don’t always align with their own experience.
I see them embracing a failure that isn’t theirs to own, but with no one else and nothing else telling them otherwise, that’s their reality.
It’s a stark reminder that despite our best efforts, the systems and structures we live and work within still have a long way to go in supporting the unique challenges of modern motherhood.
We’re waiting for things to change around us … but how long are we prepared to wait?
How many more days are you willing to wait while feeling overwhelmed and stuck, hoping that things will magically fall into place on their own?
How many more months will you let slip by while enduring the stress of trying to meet unrealistic expectations, all the while feeling like you’re constantly playing catch-up?
How many years are you prepared to sacrifice, feeling like you’re juggling a never-ending list of responsibilities without ever truly finding the balance and fulfillment you deserve?
It’s clear that modern motherhood needs to be redefined—not just for ourselves but for future generations.
It’s time to challenge the status quo and create a more supportive and understanding environment for all working mothers.

Transform Your Working Mother Life
Being a working mother often feels like a juggling act with no clear manual. The constant balancing act between career ambitions and family life can be overwhelming.
But what if we could get to the root of these challenges and truly understand what’s going on?
Imagine uncovering the real reasons why being a working mom feels so tough. We’re not just talking about societal pressures but the deep, sometimes hidden truths about our own experiences.
Here’s what we’ll focus on:
Clarity on Your Unique Path: Forget the one-size-fits-all notion of success. I’ll help you define what real success and happiness look like for you—something beyond the cookie-cutter societal expectations.
Resilience Strategies: Life as a working mom is full of ups and downs. We’ll work together to develop practical strategies that boost your confidence and help you navigate these challenges with grace and strength.
Authentic Integration: You don’t have to fit into a mould. We’ll explore how you can blend your professional and personal life in a way that feels authentic and true to who you are, rather than trying to meet external expectations.
By diving deep into these aspects, I aim to help you gain a fresh perspective, so you can thrive on your terms.
You’ve had a successful career that you’ve spent a lot of time and energy building.

Hi, I’m Sally
I’m a full-time working mom of twin girls who just turned 5. In addition to being a wife, daughter, sister, and aunt, business owner, coach, and consultant, I’m an avid reader who loves animals, planning, and list-making.
As an executive coach for working moms, I’m dedicated to helping women discover what they want from their lives and careers and how to achieve it in their own unique way.
I thrive on solving puzzles - whether it’s piecing together a jigsaw or finding innovative ways to enhance life and business. My passion is learning and sharing new insights along the way.
My mission is about more than just career advice; it’s about transforming how we view motherhood and the working mom experience.
I aim to:
Shift us from feeling overwhelmed to feeling understood
Move from being apologetic to embracing our power
Evolve from struggling to fit in to forging a new path with joy and ease
I’m here to challenge the outdated norms of working motherhood, creating a fresh narrative that celebrates power, peace, joy, and success.
It all begins with each of us redefining our journey and how we value our roles.
Join me in this mission to change the conversation and make a meaningful impact on how we live and work. Together, we can create a new, empowered way forward.

What does it mean to reimagine
your success?
It means redefining and re-scoping what’s possible for you: pushing against the boundaries you believe exist, finding ways around the obstacles in your path, and owning the biggest dream you have.
And it means believing in yourself; believing that you can.
I mean really believing that you can.
Are you ready to start your journey?
It means that you can dream big – that you can want success for yourself.
You can push past the fear and self-doubt. You can do this. And it means believing that you deserve your success unconditionally.
You CAN be a GOOD MOM and be a WORKING MOM.
You’re ALLOWED to do BOTH.
And you CAN be happy & fulfilled in both places!
